Soranine Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Soranine Community web application at https://soranine.com. The service is operated by Soranine, LLC. It explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and shared, how long it is kept, and how you can control or delete it. Last updated: September 28, 2026.
1. Information we collect
Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely, never in plain text). If you use Continue with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
Profile and activity: your avatar, language, lessons completed, missions, XP, community posts, class attendance and settings.
Agreement records: when you agree to our policies we save the date and time, the policy version, your device type and your internet (IP) address.
Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments. We never see or store your full card number or wallet keys; we keep your plan, payment status and dates.
Email activity: whether our emails were delivered, opened or clicked, so we can keep sending reliable, useful messages.
Leads (SoraPro): contact details that visitors submit on your capture pages, or that you upload, are stored so you can manage them. You are responsible for having their permission to contact them.
Technical data: basic browser storage used to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as theme and language.
Cookies: essential cookies and browser storage keep you signed in, secure and remember your choices; they cannot be turned off. Optional analytics cookies, used only to understand how the site is used, load only if you choose "Accept all" in our cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
2. How we use it
To run your account, the Hub, live classes, Daily Pulse and SoraPro tools.
To process payments and manage your subscription, including renewal reminders.
To send account emails and, if you have not opted out, community updates and announcements in your chosen language.
To keep the Hub safe, prevent abuse and keep records of policy agreements.
Some features (such as translation, market explanations and post ideas) use AI services to process text. We do not use your personal information to train AI models.
3. Google Sign-In data: collection and use
Soranine offers Google Sign-In only as an optional way to create or access an Soranine Community account. When you choose Continue with Google, Google provides Soranine with your Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile picture. These correspond only to the openid, userinfo.email and userinfo.profile permissions. Soranine does not request or receive your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendar, payment information, passwords, or any other Google account content.
Purpose of collection: we use your Google account identifier and email address to create your Soranine account, verify your identity and sign you in. We use your display name and profile picture to fill in your member profile. We may use your email address to send security, account and service messages, and community updates when you have not opted out.
Storage and security: the Google data listed above is stored with your Soranine account in an encrypted, access-controlled database. It is protected in transit using HTTPS, and access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate and secure the service. We do not place Google access tokens or passwords in public profiles or plain-text logs.
Sharing and disclosure: we do not sell, rent, trade or use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions or AI-model training. Our contracted hosting, authentication, database and email-delivery providers may process only the minimum data needed to operate Soranine for us, under confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect users and the service.
Retention: we keep your Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile picture while your Soranine account remains active. After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize that account data within 30 days, except limited payment, fraud-prevention or legal records that we are required to retain. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup rotation.
Deletion and revocation: request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@soranine.com from the email address connected to your account. You can also revoke Soranine's Google access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access prevents future Google Sign-In but does not itself delete your Soranine account; email us to request account deletion.
Soranine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Hub (hosting, database, email delivery, payments and AI processing), under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it. Your public profile (display name, avatar, XP and League position) and your community posts are visible to other members.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. If you close your account we delete or anonymize it, except records we must keep for legal, tax, payment or compliance reasons, such as agreement and payment records.
6. Your choices and rights
Unsubscribe from community emails anytime using the link in any email.
Update your profile and language from your account.
Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account by emailing hello@soranine.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under local privacy law, and you can contact your local data protection authority.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and limited staff access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password. Soranine will never ask for your wallet recovery phrase or private keys.
8. Age
The Hub is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will post changes here and in Announcements.
