Soranine Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions Policy

1. Eligibility

1.1 Account holders must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a contract, and able to complete identity verification if asked.

1.2 One account is permitted per person or household unless Soranine approves otherwise in writing.

1.3 Corporate and trust accounts require incorporation documents, a register of directors, and identification of each beneficial owner holding 25% or more.

2. Where members can join from

2.1 Soranine does not currently restrict any country or territory. Members anywhere may join and use Soranine entirely at their own risk. Each member is responsible for making sure that participating is lawful where they live, and for any taxes owed. Trading crypto can lose money, including the whole deposit.

2.2 United States residents. US residents may join and use Soranine entirely at their own risk. Soranine is not registered with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA or any US state regulator, and US members do not receive the protections that registered US providers offer. By joining, US members confirm they have checked that participating is lawful where they live, accept full responsibility for that decision and for any taxes owed, and understand that trading crypto can lose money, including their whole deposit. Soranine may limit or end access for US residents at any time if US law or regulator guidance requires it.

2.3 This section may be updated as legal requirements change. The version date appears at the foot of this policy.

3. Persons who may not hold an account

3.1 Anyone appearing on an applicable sanctions list.

3.2 Anyone under 18.

3.3 Anyone previously terminated by Soranine for fraud or serious policy breach.

3.4 Anyone acting on behalf of an undisclosed third party.

4. Accuracy and conduct

4.1 Members must give accurate details, including their country, when they register and keep them up to date.

4.2 Affiliates must follow the local rules of any country they share Soranine in and must never promise profits or guaranteed returns.

4.3 Where an account breaks this policy (for example, a sanctioned person or someone under 18), Soranine may close it, return the deposit to its source less network fees, and reverse any commission paid on it.

4.4 Repeated breaches by an affiliate are grounds for termination under the Affiliate Agreement.

5. Changes

5.1 If the law requires it, Soranine may limit access from a country in the future. Affected members will be told in advance and their funds returned in line with section 4.3.
